Matthew Sellens' latest furniture design is a butcher block table. The reclaimed fir end-grain surface was based on 3x2’ center made by Salvage Works in Portland. This center was added onto and shaped to become a 48x28” counter-height tabletop. The ‘western-gothic’ legs were sculpted from urban salvaged maple. Two wonderful Perpetua customers commissioned this table to harmonize with their restored fir floors.
